   1. Paul Johnson to ask at next MFCC meeting about in person/hybrid solutions i.e come to Newbattle Community Learning Centre for meetings. The AGM is usually in person.
   2. JM to communicate with NCC regarding discussions with Robert Hogg, MFCC/Mayfield Community Council Chair about safeguarded route and  
   3. Oak tree planting date confirmation?
   4. Main Street phonebox removal request (check with Paul Johnson)
   5.  Alan Turpie Midlothian Council’s Legal and Governance Manager/Monitoring Officer preparing a paper to put before the General Purposes Committee on 29th September.
