Activity around Welfare Park Maintenance and cutback of bus routes to report on, newsletter, masterplan catch up and plans for VE Day.
For the first meeting of the year we had a room swelling over twenty people withe the litter pick, park, parking, buses, newsletter plans and information from the Newtongrange Masterplan steering group discussed.
***The countdown is on!***
Two months today, on Saturday 19th September, the village will come together to celebrate 100 years of Newtongrange Welfare Park!
Bring a picnic and join us from 2pm to enjoy a jam-packed afternoon of music and entertainment.
And if you’re a local business, community group or organisation - it’s not too late to get involved. Email secretary@newtongrange.org to book a stall.
