Community hub
A hub. A hub that includes a large multi purpose hall, a free IT suite, a community cafe, creche, soft play room, meeting rooms for community groups and activities and centre for a welfare rights / money adviser/ job coach adviser, food bank/ pantry etc to alleviate poverty.
This seems a waste of time. I just read somewhere else in a post by the council that a decision has been made to build "affordable housing " on that site.
