4. Office bearers – Deputy chair and secretary nominations – James resignation confirmed, assistance with email needed and in the interest of business continuity in the current climate, a Chair Depute should be designated. Andrew nominated so far.
5. Defibrillators – JA as passed keys, spares and instructions to Andrew who has agreed to take the monthly maintenance on.

   1. Front/Back garden Easter competition – only drawback cost & brown bin collection. Ross
   2. Newtongrange Sunday sing along. 11am community singing to things like Dame Vera Lynn, favourite hymns & Glee songs collaborate with Black Diamond Radio details here ; Inspired for clap for NHS/carers.
   3. Newtongrange Gala programme cover entries on white boards at swimming pool? (Replace falling down letters).
8. 2019-20 Year Aims for NCC– On agenda for reference during wider discussion
   1. Protecting and improving services: promote library remote electronic services and all other services still available to community during closure
   2.  Public safety: the reduction in opportunistic crime and antisocial behaviour
   3. The Newtongrange Masterplan: ensuring community development remains at its heart and engaging business and the village in its progress
